By planning your meals ahead of time, you can ensure a balanced diet that includes all the necessary nutrients without excessive calories. Regular meal times can also help you avoid snacking on unhealthy foods.

It doesn't matter if you're following a specific diet or just want balanced meals, you can plan it all here. Just make a list of the meals you want to have throughout the week. This way, you'll have a ready reference when it's time to prepare your meals.

Meal Tracker

The "Total calorie" space is where you write the total number of calories you consumed that day.

"Calorie requirements" is the number of calories you need to consume in a day to maintain your weight. This can be calculated by using an online calorie calculator which takes into consideration factors such as your age, gender, weight, height, and activity level.

"Calorie deficit" is the difference between the calories you consume and your calorie requirements. If you consume less than your calorie requirements, you will have a calorie deficit. This is necessary for weight loss because it forces your body to use stored fat for energy.

To calculate your calorie deficit, simply subtract the total calories you consumed in a day ("Total calorie") from your "Calorie requirements". If the result is a negative number, you are in a calorie deficit.

Daily Calorie Count

To use the Daily Calorie Count feature, simply click the "Add New" button and select the meals you had for the day. The calories for each meal will be automatically calculated and added up to give your total calorie consumption for the day. It is important to make sure that your total calorie consumption is less than your calorie requirements or calorie target. By consuming fewer calories than your body needs, you will be in a calorie deficit, which is necessary for weight loss. Good luck!
